Elsie Florio / Founder

Elsie is a marketing strategist and hospitality professional with more than 10 years of experience producing advertisements for brands and helping hotels implement world class direct revenue strategies.

As a hotelier first, her passion is to help independent hotels grow their market share, average daily rate and occupancy with less reliance on online travel agencies and other high commissionable marketing tactics.

Elsie is an independent business woman with a solid reputation as a project manager and creative tactician in direct sales, direct marketing, eCommerce, brand management, hospitality design, social media, communications and email marketing. She holds a Bachelors in International Development Studies from UCLA and a Masters in Management of Hospitality from Cornell University.

Elsie is originally from San Francisco, CA, lives in Raleigh, North Carolina and works with clients all across the US.

For fun, Elsie enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, two daughters and two doodles. She also loves home improvement projects, which have included a complete gut renovation of a 100-year old home in Larchmont, NY and a new-construction home in North Carolina.
